7-8 a.m. Recap of the Wicked Virtual Film Festival

Q: Where can I purchase tickets to the Wicked Virtual Film Fest?

A: Tickets are sold via Eventbrite here:

http://www.eventbrite.com/…/wicked-virtual-film-fest…

Q: How will I be able to watch the Wicked Virtual Film Fest?

A: We will have two options for ticket holders. First, we set up a private Facebook group and we will stream the festival directly to the Facebook page. Second, we will send a private Youtube link the night before which will stream the entire 13-hour festival starting at 7 p.m. ET on Friday, Oct. 30th and ending 8 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31st.

Q: I will not be home until late on Friday. Can I still watch the virtual film fest?

A: Yes. You will be able to access the stream via Facebook and/or Youtube throughout the 13-hour fest.

Q: Is it possible to watch the Wicked Virtual Film Fest on Halloween?

A: Yes. The fest will archive as soon as we finish streaming live on Saturday, Oct. 31st at 8 a.m. Because it’s 13 hours, expect a few hours of rendering time to upload to the private Youtube link.

Q: Do I purchase multiple tickets if we are viewing the fest as a group?

A: Yes and no. We are currently asking for one ticket per device and this would cover airing the fest on say your SmartTV via Youtube. However, this is the honor system so if you have multiple people watching the fest from your device, we’re hoping that viewers will purchase per person tickets.

Q: What devices can I use to watch the Wicked Virtual Film Fest?

A: For an optimal viewing experience, we recommend using Chrome, so this applies to watching on Facebook or through the private Youtube link. If you have Youtube available on your Smart TV, you can also watch the fest on your television, but you will need to direct the link on your device.

Q: My plans changed last minute. Can I get a refund?

A: Refunds are available 72 hours before the event. Please email the administrator at info@cambridgehaunts.com .

Q: How long will the show be archived?

A: Organizers are archiving the entire 13-hour fest for at least a week after its first airing. To access the archive, you will need to keep the private Youtube link sent to you via email on Oct. 29th.
