Ways to get involved and go behind the scenes of New England Curiosities

“I want to share my creative projects with you!  Over 20 years ago I began New England Curiosities, a tour and event company based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and it’s given me the opportunity to connect with so many people from down the street to around the world.  For the past 15 years I’ve been serving the seacoast New Hampshire community as a metaphysical instructor and reader.  One of the things on my path that I’ve committed to are to share New England’s legendary stories from and with curious folks.  I know that community is powerful and we can create so much together.”

New Hampshire Business Review Raves…

“Whenever I have the opportunity to learn something new and have fun doing it I’m happy. Add to it good food and great spirits … well, it just doesn’t get any better. With nearly 400 years of history and a beer-brewing legacy that dates back to Colonial times, Portsmouth provides the perfect backdrop to embrace all of the above, and Roxie Zwicker, founder of New England Curiosities Walking Tours, is just the guide to bring it all together.”

Portsmouth Magazine Says…

“Roxie Zwicker… Storyteller Extraordinaire…. Will guide you on incredible tours.”

Guest Feedback for a Private Tea Party

“Thank you so much for all you did for making Lauryn’s Sweet 16 a beautiful and yummy experience!! Your tea service program is first rate, and we would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone. “

Guest Feedback for The Wicked Haunted Waterfront Tour….

“Roxie knows her history! My sister recommended I take Roxie’s tour. I’ve done a few ghost tours around Boston, and they’ve all been a little disappointing – too much focus on the spook factor. So I admittedly purchased these tickets with trepidation. Man, was I blown away! Roxie knows SO MUCH about the history of Portsmouth. It’s so great that she’s partnered with other local heritage organizations to really make her tours well rounded and fleshed out. It’s very clear that she knows how to make these partnerships and nurture them. As a historian, I really appreciated how well researched and dedicated to her craft Roxie is. I’m recommending her to all of my friends and can’t wait to take another one of her tours!”
