- Through creation, we weave together our experiences, thoughts, materials, and more into something new, and even magical. This class discusses the different ways we weave within the world, and how, in doing so in collaboration with Spirit, our weaving can lend itself to inspired creation, divination, and healing.
- In the second half of the class, participants will be guided through a brief meditation to ground and connect with Spirit, and then they will have the opportunity to intuitively choose a paint from a variety of colors provided. In our guided meditative state, we’ll connect with spirit and then paint with our hands (no brushes). Participants will have the option to share how this felt/went for them, what they created, and talk through any messages they see, feel, or hear in the painting or from the process.
- Paints and canvas will be provided. Leave judgment for yourself at the door, and allow room for the courage to try something new. Bring a notebook for the first part if desired!
