This is one of Roxie’s most popular classes and she has been teaching it for almost 20 years! The tarot is called The Mirror of the Soul. It is an ancient divinatory art that uses 78 archetypal cards to represent past, present, and future situations in a person’s life. Learning how to read the cards can be empowering and life-changing. A typical reading of the cards mirrors our past decisions, validates our present situation, and projects a probable future for your consideration.
We will dive into the heart of Tarot – The Major Arcana. The 22 cards of the major arcana are the heart of the deck. Each of these cards symbolizes some universal aspect of human experience. They represent the archetypes – consistent, directing patterns of influence that are an inherent part of human nature. Did you know that you can do readings with just the major arcana? Roxie will teach you ways not to be overwhelmed by the cards and she will offer you easy ways to connect with the cards in a way that works for you! These sessions are hands-on, so you can work right alongside Roxie to quickly absorb the experience. There will be homework and journaling exercises to prepare you for each session. You will come out of these sessions more confident in your reading abilities and more connected to your intuition.
The Rider Waite Smith deck is suggested – but please use whatever deck you would like to work with.
The visuals Roxie designed for this session are dynamic and will help guide everyone from the novice to those who need a refresher. Students will receive a valuable e-workbook written and illustrated by Roxie with homework and resources for further study.
Roxie has been reading professionally for 20 years and brings a wealth of depth and insight to these sessions. She has taught at several Tarot conferences and is one of the leading Tarot Card readers on the New Hampshire seacoast.
Four 2 1/2 hour Zoom Sessions on Wednesdays in March of 2024! – 3/6, 3/13, 3/20 and 3/27 from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm.
The cost for 10 classroom hours covering both sessions in this Masterclass is affordably priced at $149. Students will receive the video recording of each session for further study.

Let’s get to know your deck, and start with some basic foundations of Tarot. We will meet the cards, their basic messages, and their characters. Additionally, we will look at numerology, color, and symbolism. In this session, we will also talk about the care and feeding of your deck, which will help you make the most of the readings that you will perform. We will learn the language of Tarot with the major arcana, court cards, and how the cards connect with one another to tell stories. We also will start to learn Tarot intuitively, which is one of the easiest ways to interpret and retain the messages from the cards. You will start finding the joy and excitement of doing empowering readings in this session.

In this session we will work on developing the right questions to ask tarot. We will explore using Tarot to navigate relationships with friends, family, and in the workplace. There will be a brief exploration of using Tarot to connect with your Spiritual Support Team of guides, guardians, and ancestors. Finding yes or no answers from the cards and decoding time frames will also be covered. We will also focus on troubleshooting, overcoming obstacles, and reading for others. We will also take a deep dive in with some easy readings and creative layouts.
